Hey there!

Do you ever feel like no one understands what you are going through? While we all have
unique life experiences, I am here to remind you that you are not alone. As a licensed
clinical social worker (LCSW) who has been to therapy (and still goes sometimes!), I
understand that the process works best when you feel safe, understood/accepted, and
comfortable opening up. Recognizing this, we will start with getting to know one another and
build trust. Once trust is built, we can dive deeper into the issues you want to address. I will
meet you where you are at, and we can go from there!

Over the past six years, I have worked with diverse families and individuals ranging
from toddlers to older adults. I am bilingual in English and Spanish and specialize in
working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, attachment
issues, and interpersonal conflict. I tailor treatment using a range of evidence-based
modalities including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational
Interviewing, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and Child Parent Psychotherapy. My
approach is trauma informed, culturally sensitive, strengths based, insight-oriented, and
collaborative. We will work together to equip you with tools to handle life’s stressors.

I received my BA in Psychology from Randolph College and my Master of Social Work
from UNCW-Wilmington. In my free time, I like to spend time my family, friends, and
dog, read, watch funny movies and tv, go to the beach, and play golf.
