Welcome! I’m glad you are here.

For those struggling with mood disorders, anxiety, dysregulated behaviors, or life experiences that have left you floundering, you are not alone. I am passionate about helping others redefine their self perception and thoughts, change behaviors, and repair and strengthen relationships with others.

I enjoy working collaboratively with children, teens, and their families. As a team, we can work on improving communication and coping skills, problem solving, and creating realistic expectations. For adults navigating identity exploration, past trauma, and the question of “what now?”, I hope to be a safe space to process, validate, and explore options. I have experience working with depression, self-harm and suicidality, anxiety, eating disorders, anger management, dysphoria, trauma/PTSD, parental divorce/separation, and personality disorders.

I have worked in inpatient, residential, and community settings since 2016. I graduated from George Mason University where I earned my MSW with a specialization in Children, Youth, and Families. Prior to this, I earned my BA from Mary Baldwin College and MS from the University of Hartford in Psychology.

As a queer therapist, it is important to me to create an LGBTQ-affirming environment. I embrace neurodiversity and Health at Every Size. You are welcomed (and encouraged) to show up as you are. My goal for therapy is to meet you where you are at. Together, we’ll create a safe space for authenticity, growth, connection, humor, and creative problem solving. I look forward to working with you!
