I am a Wake Forest University graduate student working towards a degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I received a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Arizona State University in 2018. I have experience working with children, adults and seniors. I gained my experience in a variety of settings including a mental health hospital, a private practice for children and adults, an IOP/HOP hospital for mental health and substance abuse, and various volunteer opportunities.

I am passionate about mental health and believe that everyone deserves to have a safe space to work through their issues, no matter what those issues may be. I enjoy working with clients while using a cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) approach. This means that we will work together to identify negative thoughts and emotions by learning how to change the way you think, learn coping strategies for anxiety and depression, and learn mindfulness techniques to aid in focusing on the here and now. Making changes can feel difficult, but my goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can be yourself.
